Companies in the UK are obliged to pay income tax – Profit Tax. The tax rate depends on the profit shown by the company for the financial year:

  • up to 300 000 GBP – 20%
  • from 300 000 to 1 500 000 GBP – 25-26%
  • over 1 500 000 GBP – 25-26%.

Annual reporting: Companies in the UK are obliged to submit the following reports annually:

  • Annual Return – information about the company’s registration address, partners, and governing bodies.
  • Annual Accounts – information about the financial activities of the company.
  • Tax report (for active companies).
